Event Details

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is partnering with chefs from the American Culinary Federation to provide an evening of delectable dishes all in the name of a good cause. All proceeds benefit the food bank’s Culinary Training Program, which provides students in the area with the skills and inspiration they need to obtain an entry-level position in the food service industry.

The menu will include:

Amuse Bouche
Pumpernickel crisp with brie and fresh cranberry sauce
Mini crab cakes with garlic aioli
Puff pastry cups filled with artichoke and spinach dip

Butternut squash

Bibb lettuce, candied cranberries, cherry tomatoes, roasted pumpkin seeds, French bread stuffing croutons and pumpkin spice vinaigrette

Turkey breast roulade stuffed with cornbread dressing, fresh cranberry sauce, green beans, russet and sweet potato mash, turkey jus lie

Pumpkin mousse trifle topped with candied pumpkin seeds and ginger snap

Cost: $50 per person
