Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs and the Veterans Advisory Council will honor fallen members of the armed forces in a wreath laying ceremony on May 28. Allie L. Braswell, Jr., Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army, will serve as the guest speaker. The event is free and open to the public.
