Morimoto Asia to Celebrate 10th Anniversary at Disney Springs with Chef Masaharu Morimoto

Morimoto Asia, the renowned Pan-Asian restaurant at Disney Springs, is marking a milestone this fall with its 10th anniversary celebration on Sunday, September 14. Since its debut, the restaurant has drawn millions of guests from around the world, praised for its inventive cuisine and signature hospitality.

The anniversary event will feature a full day of culinary experiences led by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Guests will witness a traditional bluefin tuna carving ceremony by the chef himself, followed by meet-and-greet opportunities and samples of his award-winning sake.

Event Highlights

  • 10 signature tastings from food stations, including Peking Duck, ramen, takoyaki, and other guest favorites.

  • Sake samplings paired with cocktails and beer.

  • Two sessions available:

    • Session 1: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

    • Session 2: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • General Admission – $125 plus tax and gratuity per person

    • Includes access to all 10 food stations

    • Commemorative Japanese cedar sake cup

  • Booth Experience – $650 plus tax and gratuity per booth (1–4 guests)
