UCF Launches New Online Space MBA Program, Starting Spring 2026

UCF is preparing to launch a new graduate program tailored to the expanding commercial space sector. Set to begin in spring 2026, the UCF Space MBA is a fully online, part-time Master of Business Administration program designed for professionals working in or aspiring to enter the global space economy.

This innovative program will offer a flexible, asynchronous format, allowing students to complete coursework from anywhere in the world. The 24-month curriculum spans 39 credit hours across 14 courses, combining traditional MBA coursework with specialized electives focused on the commercial space industry.

“As America’s Space University, we’re now expanding our impact into space commercialization and the rapidly growing business of space,” UCF’s website reads. “Through the Space MBA, you’ll join a university where engineering, technology and business converge.”

According to UCF, the Space MBA is designed to prepare forward-thinking business leaders equipped to meet the unique demands of a rapidly evolving and high-impact sector. Courses will explore topics such as space commercialization, innovation strategy, and global market dynamics within the space economy.

Applications for the Space MBA are now open and will be accepted through December 1, 2025. UCF encourages individuals with a passion for the space industry and a drive to lead in an emerging global marketplace to apply.
